4ReelServices.com Shipping Policy’s

The shipping schedule is calculated on ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Unless otherwise indicated shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.

For your convenience you can estimate shipping costs prior to checkout. Your final total shipping charges will be calculated during checkout prior to the completion of your order. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).

Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method or have shipping restrictions because of the material or restrictions on shipping to your location.

A street address is required for all expedited orders. {No PO Box for expedited orders}

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Any order placed over the weekend (Saturday-Sunday-Holidays) will be shipped the following business day. Overnight Shipping Orders must be placed before 10 AM (EST) for it to be shipped the same day and for expected delivery on the following business day (Holidays, Weekends excluded).

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Separate orders are required for multiple shipping locations.

Changing Your Shipping or Delivery Information

·         Once the order has been processed for shipping, we cannot change the destination or delivery method.
   If you have created an account profile, you can change or update your shipping information at any time.
   Sign in to My Account, edit or add as many different shipping addresses as you'd like in your Address Book

Shipping Carriers

Standard shipping orders are shipped by UPS, or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Expedited or Express orders are shipped by UPS. We also offer Standard and Premium Freight Carrier Delivery

Email Notification

Once you complete your order, you will receive two emails:
1.    Order Confirmation email: Your order has been accepted.
2.    Shipping Confirmation email: your order has left the warehouse and your credit card account has been charged. You can track your order using the link in this email.

·       UPS Ground®,  5 Business Days All Packages are shipped Ground unless customer requests other options. UPS Standard Overnight®: Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas. Cut off time for overnight delivery is 10 AM (EST). UPS 2Day® 2 business days, delivery by 4:30 p.m. in to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences). United States Postal Service (USPS) Basic Shipping (4-12 Business Days- Tracking Number Not Included)*United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Shipping (2-4 Business Days- Tracking Number Included)
USPS also ships to PO Boxes and APO Alaska and Hawaii. Add $30.00 per order - Allow 5-10 Business days       * Depending on destination ZIP codes -  Freight Carrier Delivery please allow 8-10 business days plus shipping time.

International Orders Policy
All International Customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties applicable to their region, including any levied by their government and/or customs administration. Any shipment that is refused due to failure to pay duties and taxes by international consumers is then subject to shipping cost to return said items and any taxes, duties incurred by 4ReelServices.com by said shipping process.
We currently ship to the following countries:
          Canada, Central America, South America, Caribbean, UK (Great Britain), Australia, Others upon request

International Shipping (starts at $32.00 and will vary depending on weight)
We ship all Canada orders via USPS Postal Service or FedEx Priority (Depending on item, price and weight). Orders may take anywhere from 3-10 Business Days to arrive *Customs holding not included in time frame.

UPS Priority International (starts at $59.95 and will vary depending on weight)
We ship all Canada, Great Britain (UK), Australia orders via FedEx Priority International with tracking & signature confirmation. Orders may take up to 2-3 Business Days to arrive *Customs holding not included in time frame.
